Senior high parents. This is a reminder that unless your son/daughter is a full time distance learner, ALL 9-12 students will be in person learning every day starting on Monday, February 22nd. We look forward to seeing all of our students in the building.

REMINDER: Tomorrow, Friday, Feb. 19th is an Early Out Day. Senior High Students are excused at 1:14. Buses will run at that time.

AUDITIONS for this year's musical Lucky Stiff will be held next Tue. and Thur., Feb, 16th & 18th from 6:30 - 7:30 in the PAC. Sign up for a time slot & grab your audition materials outside the choir room this week. Performances will be 4/23-4/25.

We have a couple changes to our schedule this week: Wednesday, Feb. 3rd is a regular school day (no early out) Thursday & Friday, Feb 4th & 5th are NO SCHOOL for students days. Reminder: Freshmen will resume a full in-person learning schedule on Feb. 8th.

Students & Parents: Tuesday, 1/26 is a Wave Day. Wednesday, 1/27 is a Green Day. Students can pick up their new SEMESTER 2 schedules in the cafeteria before school on their first in-person day, OR check your StudentVue.

Mr. Rood had his students take the Pro Desktop Certification test this year. Seven of his students passed this exam and achieved CERTIFICATION! These students are Dominic Bridges, Luke Hamlin, Maleah Millette, Christian Olson, Joey Votava, Caleb Zejdlik, & Elijah Speas

Senior high parents and students: Reminder that we are back in the hybrid model tomorrow, January 4th. We start with a GREEN day. Students in the GREEN group will be in the school building. Students in the WAVE group will be checking in to all of their 7 classes during the day. Students, make sure you are checking your email and Google Classroom for zoom links!! Senior High Parents. The MSHSL has allowed schools to participate in the One Act Play, but it must be done virtually. If your son/daughter is interested in participating in the Virtual One Act Play performance this year, please contact Mr. Donovan Hanson (dhanson@egf.k12.mn.us) by the end of the day on Tuesday, December 22nd. We need to know who wants to participate because there is a non refundable fee our school needs to pay in order for our students to participate. Thank you very much!!

The Governor has allowed winter activities to resume on January 4th, 2021. So that we can begin on that Monday, PLEASE have all the following things taken care of prior to that date if you are planning on being in a winter activity. 1. Physical Exam (if Needed....Usually 10th graders) 2. Forms signed electronically 3. Fees paid electronically. • For #2 and #3, please go to the Senior High page on the school website (www.egf.k12.mn.us), and click on Menu. On the left side of that screen, click on the REGISTER FOR ATHLETICS tab and it will take you right where you need to be. Again, PLEASE have ALL of these things completed by January 4th so all activities can begin. If they are not complete, you will NOT be able to practice. If you have any questions, please call the Senior High Office at 218-773-2405.

Senior high parents. Just a reminder that we have school periods 1,2,5,6 tomorrow, Wednesday December 16th. School will start at 8:15 and be done at 3:17. Early out will be ONLY for the Elementary Schools.
