We have had the privilege of hosting Koda the Warrior in the library this Monday through Wednesday. As an author and illustrator, he shared his skills and techniques with our students. It has been such a great experience for our students to learn directly from a professional in the field.

Thank you, Mark!

Bryer Boushee is our Good News Call of the Day.
He was nominated by our Assistant Principal, Mr. Adolphson and here is what he had to say about Bryer: "Bryer came to administration to tell them about a potential problem that might occur at recess. Because he was proactive the problem was able to be dealt with beforehand and prevented! Great job Bryer!"

Good News Call of the Day
Our Good News Call of the Day is Callie Defoe.
She was nominated by paraprofessional Mrs. Christiansen and this is what she said about Callie: "Callie has gone out of her way to include and help a shy classmate who wants to be involved but sometimes hides. She includes him at recess playing tag or taking turns swinging. She has moved over to make room for him in music so he had a friend and would join in and he did! She gives him high fives and offers him help and even hugs. I can see how she helps others as well. She has a gift that I hope she continues to nurture and grow. I’m proud to know her!"
Congratulations Callie - we are so proud of you!

Thank you to Ms. Rodriguez for providing our South Point students with these awesome holiday activities! The tree was decorated with positive ornaments, where students wrote kind notes for fellow students and staff. The stockings were part of our book character contest.

Such a fun way to spread positivity—great job, everyone! 🎄✨
