We have TWO student survey's coming up. This information was included in the Q2 report card that was mailed out on Jan. 25, 2019.
1) The first one is Youth Truth. This is a nationally recognized survey that will be given to all 9th -12th graders on February 13th. The survey asks students about their experiences in the school and with their teachers, including how engaged they are at school, the rigor of their coursework, and their preparedness for the future.
You may OPT out your student from taking the survey by filling out the attached Youth Truth form and returning it to the school before the survey date.
2) The second survey is from the state of Minnesota. This survey will be given on Feb. 26th to our 9th and 11th graders.
The question topics on this survey are how well school is going, future plans, out-of-school activities, physical and mental health, relationships, substance use and more. This survey is anonymous.
You may OPT out your student by completing the Passive Consent Notice to Parents and returning it to the school prior to the survey date.
