Location: District Office

Qualifications:
Degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or MN Administrative Superintendent licensure;CPA or MBA preferred.
Successful experience as a business director or school district administrator.
Knowledge of public finance.
Demonstrate success in a leadership role.
Outstanding planning and organizational skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Background/knowledge regarding investments, bond sales and building programs.

Responsibilities:
Candidate will plan, organize, direct, manage, and evaluate the District’s accounting, budgeting, and payroll activities. This individual will perform the following duties:

• Manage and direct the fiscal year end closing process

• Establish and revise accounting and payroll processes and procedures

• Conduct accounting and budget analysis

• Coordination of long range fiscal planning and forecasting.

• Act as an internal auditor for district funds.

• Oversee district’s insurance program

Salary Range: To be determined by experience
